Did We Really Love? was a South Korean drama and romance series that first premiered on January 27, 1999. It was a story about Jae-ho and his sister Jae-young, who were abandoned by their mother to escape poverty. Jae-ho, who struggled to understand love, believed that money was the key to happiness. He worked at a seafood wholesale market and supported himself and his sister through college, all while dreaming of becoming rich. The series followed his efforts to impress Hyun-soo, from a wealthy family, in hopes of marrying into her riches. During this pursuit, Jae-ho developed feelings for his psychology teacher, Shin-young, and faced a choice between love and material wealth.

The cast included Bae Yong Jun as Kang Jae Ho, Kim Hye Soo as Lee Shin Young, Yoon Son Ha as Cho Hyun Soo, and Lee Jae Ryong as Song Kil Jin. The show did not have a rated score on TVMaze and each episode ran approximately 60 minutes.
