Crunch Time ended on October 16, 2016, on Rooster Teeth. The show concluded after its six-episode first season. It is no longer airing and has not been renewed for additional seasons.

Crunch Time was a comedy, science-fiction, and mystery series that premiered in 2016. It followed four graduate students who, while conducting reckless scientific experiments, accidentally created a small black hole in their college lab. The story was set in a highly classified location where government operatives interrogated the students about their role in potentially ending the world. The students, who were depicted as being quite irresponsible and clueless, had to cooperate with authorities to prevent a catastrophe, revealing their illegal activities along the way.

The cast included Avery Monsen as Sam Wittington, Jessy Hodges as Hannah, Nick Rutherford as Levi Berkman, Samm Levine as Connor Harrison, Kirk Johnson as Larry T. Johnson, Brent Morin as Hobbs, and Michael Hyatt as Mullins. The show had a rating of 6.9 on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of 30 minutes.
