Cowboy in Africa was a drama series that aired from September 11, 1967, to April 1, 1968. It followed the adventures of Texas cowboy Jim Sinclair, who was commissioned to rope animals on an African game ranch in Kenya. The series depicted Sinclair's efforts to work with native animals and navigate conflicts with other ranchers, including the sinister ex-Nazi Neumann, while also forming bonds with local people such as the Kikuyu boy Samson.
The show starred Chuck Connors as Jim Sinclair, Tom Nardini as John Henry, Ronald Howard as Wing Commander Hayes, and Gerald Edwards as Samson. The episodes had a runtime of 60 minutes.
