It followed seven celebrities, including Carlo Aquino, Rufa Mae Quinto, Andrea Brillantes, Jerald Napoles, Cai Cortez, Awra Briguela, Justine Luzares, and Drew Arellano, as they found themselves stranded on the mysterious Tawa-Tawa Island. The island, which reappeared after a hundred years, hosted the fictional Centennial Games, in which the celebrities became unwitting competitors. They had to improvise and work together to survive and find a way to escape the island, all while entertaining the island's citizens and vying for votes.

The episodes each ran for approximately 50 minutes. The series consisted of a single season with six episodes, concluding in early September 2023.
