The story followed Byun So Ra, who came from an ordinary background but worked tirelessly, only to face betrayal by her boyfriend and the failure of her dreams to become a professor. After these setbacks, she joined a cosmetics company and encountered a rival with whom she clashed.

The series starred Jae Hee as Yoon Joon Soo, a talented and handsome chaebol who was the head of the cosmetics company. Lee Soo Kyung played Hwang Jin Joo, and Yoon So Yi portrayed Byun So Ra, the protagonist. The show had a total of 20 episodes, each approximately 65 minutes long.
