Cedar Cove was a drama, romance, and mystery series set in a small lakeside town. The show followed Judge Olivia Lockhart, who presided over the municipal court and uncovered the town's secrets while dealing with her own personal issues. Jack Griffith, the local newspaper editor, also played a significant role in revealing what went on behind the courtroom doors. The series was based on a book series by Debbie Macomber and depicted the intertwined lives of residents in Cedar Cove.
The cast included Andie MacDowell as Judge Olivia Lockhart, Dylan Neal as Jack Griffith, Teryl Rothery as Grace Sherman, Sarah Smyth as Justine Lockhart, Brennan Elliott as Warren Saget, Bruce Boxleitner as Bob Beldon, Barbara Niven as Peggy Beldon, and Sebastian Spence as Cliff Harting.
