The show was a parody of Charlie's Angels and incorporated elements from other Hanna-Barbera series like Scooby-Doo and Josie and the Pussycats. Captain Caveman was a super-powered caveman with a club that could fly and produce various tools, and he often used his strength and gadgets to help solve mysteries.
