It followed The Fung Brothers as they traveled across the United States, exploring regional cuisine and trying to eat like "ballers" on a tight budget. The brothers had just fifty dollars each to spend on the best cheap eats in various cities, from New Orleans to Tampa and Asheville. They met with chefs and foodies, gaining access to kitchens and learning how to prepare signature dishes from restaurant owners and culinary experts.
The show featured Andrew Fung and David Fung as the main cast.
