Bienvenue à Kingston-Falls was a drama, comedy, and crime series set in the fictional town of Kingston Falls. It followed Detective Gabriel Serpent, who was on vacation when he encountered a bizarre murder involving a corpse with its buttocks used as a bicycle stand. With his police station facing closure, Serpent aimed to prove his worth by leading the investigation. The arrival of Cynthia Quinn, known as "The Tracking Dog," a tough detective with a drinking problem, added further complications to the case.

The cast included Maxime Le Flaguais, Marie-Ève Milot, Martin Héroux, and Luis Bertrand. The show’s episodes had a runtime of approximately 43 minutes each.
