About Benidorm Is Murder
"Death In Benidorm" is a crime and drama series that was planned to premiere in 2026. The story follows former detective Dennis Crown, who has left his police career behind to run a bar in Benidorm. However, when tourists begin to be murdered, he is reluctantly pulled back into detective work, aided by Rosa, his barmaid and a dedicated crime drama fan. Each episode features the duo investigating a different murder in the sunny resort town, while navigating the complexities of local Spanish law enforcement.
The cast includes John Hannah as Dennis Crown, Carolina Bécquer as Rosa, Ariadna Cabrol as Maria, and Damian Schedler Cruz as Jesùs. The series was set to consist of one season with six episodes.
