The show was a drama series that premiered in 2005 and followed the lives of a family navigating major life changes in New York City. After her husband abandoned her for a younger woman, Lynn Kerr and her two daughters moved from New Mexico to start fresh. The series depicted Sophie’s struggles to fit in at her prestigious private school and Karen’s efforts to break into the modeling industry, set against the backdrop of a city full of challenges and opportunities.
The cast included Daphne Zuniga as Lynn Kerr, Torrey DeVitto as Karen Kerr, Sarah Foret as Sophie Kerr, Jackson Rathbone as Nicholas Fiske, Kathleen Munroe as Annabelle Banks, Ricky Mabe as Gideon Lustig, Jordan Madley as Paisley Bishop, and Sean Wing as Chris Pritchett.
