Battle of the Planets ended on September 23, 2003, on BBC One. The series was a popular animated adaptation that aired for its entire run from 1978 to 2003.

This show was an action-adventure science-fiction series that followed the adventures of G-Force, a team of five young heroes protecting Earth from extraterrestrial threats. The series was based on the Japanese anime Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, with 85 of the original 105 episodes adapted for Western audiences. The team operated the spaceship Phoenix and used various vehicles, weapons, and martial arts skills to combat enemies like the villainous Zoltar and the mysterious Luminous One.

The main cast included Casey Kasem as Mark, Ronny Schell as Jason, Janet Waldo as Princess/Susan/Mala, Alan Young as 7-Zark-7, and Keye Luke as Colonel Cronus. The show had a rating of 5.2 on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of 30 minutes.
