Is Barkskins coming back?

Barkskins ended on June 15, 2020, after its one-season run on National Geographic.

The series was a historical drama set in 1690s New France, focusing on the small settlement of Wobik in what is now Quebec. It depicted the struggles of a diverse group of settlers, including Jesuit priests, indentured servants, and young women known as "Filles Du Roi," as they faced harsh conditions, conflicting loyalties, and efforts to establish a colony.

The show starred David Thewlis as Monsieur Claude Trepagny, Aneurin Barnard as Hamish Goames, and Kaniehtiio Horn as Mari. It was rated 7.4 on TVMaze and had a runtime of 62 minutes per episode.
