Is Ayakashi coming back?

Ayakashi was a fantasy adventure anime series that originally aired in 2007. It was set in a world where creatures called Ayakashi and their users fought among themselves, and it followed the story of Kusaka Yuu, an ordinary high school student who was unaware of this hidden war. His life changed when he met Yoake Eimu, an Ayakashi user who bore a striking resemblance to his childhood friend, leading him into a world of supernatural conflict.

The series featured Daisuke Kishio as Yū Kusaka and Nana Mizuki as Eim Yoake. The show had a total of 12 episodes, each approximately 30 minutes long. It was a blend of adventure, horror, and fantasy genres, exploring themes of friendship, identity, and the supernatural.
