In gratitude, Kou sought a way to repay her, and she told him to love her, which led him to live under a bridge in Arakawa. The show depicted Kou’s interactions with the quirky residents of the area, who were often considered outsiders by society.

The cast included Maaya Sakamoto as Nino, Hiroshi Kamiya as Kou Ichinomiya, Chiwa Saito as Stella, and Keiji Fujiwara as Sonchou. The series had a runtime of approximately 30 minutes per episode.
