Anhe Zhuan was an action, adventure, and romance series that told the story of the mysterious assassin organization An He, composed of the Su, Xie, and Mu Families. The show depicted a complex power struggle when the families learned their elders had been poisoned. The members of the An He organization launched a rebellion, with Su Muyu leading the Shadow Spider Guardian group. He worked alongside Bai Hehuai, a talented doctor from the Medicine King Valley, to heal the elders and defend them from assassins. The plot also involved internal conflicts, as Su Changhe, a friend of Su Muyu, joined the operation on behalf of the Su Family to eliminate the patriarch.

The show had a runtime of approximately 20 minutes per episode.
