Anguished Love was a historical drama and romance series that premiered in 2018. It told the story of Pikul and Luang Yot, whose love began when he saved her from drowning. Pikul was a talented flutist in her father's orchestra, and her family moved in with Luang Yot's family, supported by his father. Their relationship faced obstacles due to class differences, leading them to elope. However, their love was cursed by a mystical "rattlesnake" flute Pikul inherited. The story took a darker turn when Sarapee, in love with Luang Yot, murdered Pikul's family and her mother. Pikul died believing Luang Yot betrayed her, while Luang Yot was killed by Sarapee. In their second life, Pikul's vengeful spirit sought justice for those responsible.

The cast included Ranee Campen as Pikul, Warintorn Panhakarn as Khun Raj, and Supassara Thanachart as Sarapee. The show had a runtime of 110 minutes per episode.
