Is Afrika coming back?

Erik Bye travels around Africa to try to get to know people in different countries and hear how they live and how they see the future. What attitude do they have to development aid? The program series will also show the work done under the auspices of the Development Aid and the Peace Corps, especially with regard to Scandinavia's efforts.
