Robert Eric Wone, 32, was a fourth generation Chinese American born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Wone was killed in August 2006 at the home of a college friend, Joseph Price, in Washington, D.C. Wone's official cause of death was attributed to knife wounds. Price, Victor Zaborsky and Dylan Ward were charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy related to alleged tampering with the crime scene. The men were acquitted of the charges in June 2010. In November 2008 his widow, Katherine Wone filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Price, Zaborzky and Ward.
