The United States men's national soccer team (USMNT) represents the United States in men's international soccer. The U.S. has appeared in eleven FIFA World Cups, including the first in 1930, where they reached the semifinals of the 1930 World Cup in Uruguay. The first official international match was held outside the United Kingdom in 1885, when it played Canada in the first international match outside the UK. The team has won 10 CONCACAF continental titles, winning seven Gold Cups and three Nations League titles. They are the second most successful national team in its confederation.
