Thomas Müller joined Bayern Munich's youth system at age 10 in 2000. He played almost every game in the 2009–10 season as Bayern won the league and cup double and reached the 2010 Champions League final. At the 2010 FIFA World Cup, he was named the Best Young Player of the tournament and won the Golden Boot as the tournament's top scorer. With 756 matches played across 17 seasons, Müller is Bayern's all-time record appearance record holder, scoring 250 goals and providing 231 assists for the club across all competitions. He is the most decorated German footballer in history with 34 trophies, along with Toni Kroos.
