When does The War Between the Land and the Sea return?

The War Between the Land and the Sea was filmed between August and December 2024. It will consist of five episodes and is expected to be released in 2025. Russell Tovey, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jemma Redgrave, and Alexander Devrient are expected to lead the series. Redgrave and Devrient reprising their roles as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart and Colonel Ibrahim. Ruth Madeley, Colin McFarlane, Patrick Baladi, Vincent Franklin, Francesca Corney, and Mei Mac were announced as additional cast members in October 2024.
