The Family Man is an Indian Hindi-language spy thriller streaming television series created by Raj & DK for Amazon Prime Video. It stars Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man secretly working as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), a fictitious branch of the National Investigation Agency. The first season follows an investigation of a potential terrorist attack, while simultaneously following his unsettled family life. The second season's story line focuses on a Tamil Tigers-esque military resistance from Sri Lanka and their plans for a freedom fight. In the third season, the story follows rising tensions in North-East India.
Harrison assumed this series directly from Lorimar Television after playing the featured role of businessman Michael Sharpe in the ninth (final) season of the CBS drama Falcon Crest. Harrison played Los Angeles fire captain Jack Taylor, a recent widower trying to hold his family together with inept help from his father-in-law.
