When does Ted return?

Seth MacFarlane's Ted is an upcoming comedy television series. It will serve as a prequel to the film series of the same name.
The series depicts the early life of a sentient teddy bear toy named Ted, as he lives in Massachusetts. Set in 1993, after the opening sequence in the first film, the series is set in 1993.
