Set between 1993 and 1994, the series depicts the early life of a sentient teddy bear named Ted, as he lives with 16-year-old John Bennett and his family in Framingham, Massachusetts. The series stars Seth MacFarlane as the voice and motion capture for Ted, a profane, free-spirited, anthropomorphic, anthropomorphist bear and former celebrity whom John wished to life.
