The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25–22 in overtime in a rematch of Super Bowl LIV four years earlier. The Chiefs became the first NFL team since the 2004 New England Patriots to win back-to-back Super Bowls. It was the second Super Bowl to be decided in overtime following 2017's LI. The game was played on February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. It is the longest Super Bowl in NFL history, with a net playing time of 74 minutes and 57 seconds.
