Strangers with Candy is an American television sitcom created by Stephen Colbert, Paul Dinello, Amy Sedaris and Mitch Rouse. It was Comedy Central's first ever, live-action, narrative series. Set in the fictional city of Flatpoint, the show follows Geraldine Antonia "Jerri" Blank, a former prostitute and drug addict, who returns to high school.
