When does Sleepy Hollow return?

The series is loosely based on the 1820 short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", by Washington Irving, with added concepts from "Rip Van Winkle", also by Irving. The first three seasons are set in a fictionalized version of New York, which portrays the town as much larger than it actually is. For the fourth and final season, the setting moved to Washington, D.C.
