Mark Mikutowicz and Blair Bigelow developed the project for Skydance Television from a script by Tessa Coates. The cast is led by Spencer, Waddingham and Bill Nighy and also includes Ed Skrein, Sylvia Hoeks, Jamie Parker, Calam Lynch and Savannah Steyn.
