When does Pacific Rim return?

Pacific Rim is a science fiction media franchise that consists of Kaiju-monster installments. The overall plot centers around a future where giant Kaiju monsters arise from an interdimensional portal at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. The original film was met with positive critical and financial reception. The franchise expanded with the release of an animated television series, Pacific Rim: The Black (2021–2022) The franchise will continue with a prequel television series in development.
