Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) is the largest bull riding league in the world, sanctioning hundreds of events every year in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Australia. The organization was founded on April 12, 1992, through the efforts of businessman Sam Applebaum and 20 professional bull riders. Randy Bernard became CEO of the PBR in 1995, a position he held until he resigned in 2010 to become the CEO of INDYCAR.
