The coming-of-age drama is an adaptation of Ali Novak's 2014 novel of the same name. The series will follow recently-orphaned Jackie Howard, a teenage girl from Manhattan who relocates to rural Colorado after she is taken in by the Walters, a family of ten sons. Filming for the series began in March 2022, in Alberta, Canada, and was expected to conclude by September 2022. Sony Pictures Television and iGeneration Studios are producing My Life with the Walter Boys.
