When does Murderbot return?

The series stars Alexander Skarsgård as the titular character. It is based on All Systems Red, the first book of the series The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells. The first season premiered on May 16, 2025. In July 2025, the series was renewed for a second season.
A sentient security android must mask the ability for free thought whilst completing dangerous assignments. The android is simultaneously drawn to humans and appalled at their weakness.
