Jimmy Kimmel Live! is an American late-night talk show, created and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, and broadcast on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) It debuted on January 26, 2003, as part of ABC's lead-out programming for Super Bowl XXXVII. The show has not regularly aired live since April 23, 2004, when censors were unable to properly bleep censor a barrage of swearing from actor Thomas Jane. It is the second longest-running late night talk show on any network surpassed only by The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
