It's Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown is the 16th prime-time animated television special based on the comic strip Peanuts. It originally aired on October 24, 1977, on the CBS-TV network. The special was directed by Phil Roman and produced by Bill Melendez. It was the first Peanuts special following the death of composer and jazz pianist Vince Guaraldi.
