When does Garbage Pail Kids return?

The Garbage Pail Kids is a series of sticker trading cards produced by the Topps Company. The cards were designed to parody the Cabbage Patch Kids dolls, which were popular at the time. The series was the brainchild of cartoonist Art Spiegelman, who came up with the idea after the success of his earlier creations Garbage Can-dy and Wacky Packages.
