When does Garavito: The Serial Beast return?

Luis Alfredo Garavito Cubillos (25 January 1957 – 12 October 2023) was a Colombian serial killer, sex offender, and necrophile. He sexually assaulted 200 victims before committing the rape, torture, mutilation, and murder of 189 minors in Colombia from 1992 to 1999. Between his Colombian and Ecuadorian victims, he is confirmed to have murdered at least 193 minors in total, making him the most prolific serial killer in modern history.
