When does Doc return?

The series is based on the Italian series Doc – Nelle tue mani, which in turn was inspired by the true story of Dr. Pierdante Piccioni, who forgot the previous 12 years of his life following a 2013 car accident. In February 2025, Fox renewed the series for a second season, which premiered on September 14, 2025.
