KENW (channel 3) is a PBS member television station in Portales, New Mexico. Owned by the Eastern New Mexico University, it is sister to NPR member station KENw-FM (89.5 FM) The station signed on September 1, 1974 as the first public television station to serve eastern New Mexico for 14 years.
