Courage the Cowardly Dog is an American animated comedy horror television series. It was created by John R. Dilworth for Cartoon Network. The series is known for its dark, surreal humor and atmosphere. The eponymous character is an anxious dog who lives with an elderly couple, Muriel and Eustace Bagge, in a farmhouse in the middle of Nowhere, a fictional town in Kansas.
Courage the Cowardly Dog follows Courage (Marty Grabstein), a kind yet easily frightened dog. He was abandoned as a puppy after his parents were sent into outer space by a crazed veterinarian.
