COBRA is a British political thriller television series that premiered on 17 January 2020 on Sky One. The six-episode first series is written by Ben Richards and stars Robert Carlyle and Victoria Hamilton. The title of the series refers to Cabinet Office Briefing Room A, the location in Whitehall where British Prime Ministers often hold important emergency meetings. The series premiered on PBS in the United States on 4 October 2020. In February 2020, it was renewed for a second series titled Cyberwar, which was broadcast in the UK in late 2021 and the US in 2022.
