Mary Ann Esposito is the host of Ciao Italia, the longest-running television cooking show in America. She has published over a dozen cookbooks about Italian cooking and entertaining. Her 1997 book, What You Knead, was named one of Food & Wine magazine's top cookbooks of 1997.
