Best Medicine is an American medical comedy drama television series based on the 2004–2022 ITV series Doc Martin. The show premiered on Fox on January 4, 2026. The cast is led by Josh Charles as Dr. Martin Best, who moves from Boston, Massachusetts to a small practice in the small fishing village of Port Wenn, Maine.
