Best Medicine is an upcoming American medical comedy drama television series on Fox based on the 2004–2022 ITV series Doc Martin created by Dominic Minghella. A doctor moves from the city of Boston, Massachusetts to a small fishing village where he vacationed as a child. Josh Charles as Dr. Martin Best, Abigail Spencer, Josh Segarra, and Annie Potts joined the main cast in July 2025.
