The film is being directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah from a screenplay by Christina Hodson. It stars Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon alongside J. K. Simmons, Brendan Fraser, Michael Keaton and Ivory Aquino. It is scheduled to be released on HBO Max in 2022.
