The show followed hosts Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt as they took on the challenge of transforming two adjacent, dated beachfront hotels in Salter Path, North Carolina, within just 100 days. Inspired by a recent boutique hotel renovation they completed in Florida, the hosts assembled teams of HGTV experts to help them complete the ambitious project.
The series starred Mika Kleinschmidt and Brian Kleinschmidt as themselves.
